Como he dicho antes en alguna de mis resoluciones y en un post especifico, he decidido bajar de peso y que mejor forma que ilustrar ese camino tortuoso y difícil y posiblemente casi malvado a lo Frodo caminando hacia Mordor o enterarse que Darth Vader es tu padre, es poniéndolo aquí. Entonces este blog tendrá un especial semanal (osea los Domingos) de como me fue, si baje de peso, si aumente y contare mis pensamientos sobre este proceso. Si sienten que cada vez me vuelvo mas agresivo es porque hay una razón muy especifica, no comer me da mal genio. Eso se los puedo garantizar.
Como ya lo leyeron en el titulo este especial se llamará: Mi Guerra contra mis Man- Boobs y pondré la semana en este régimen. En esta ocasión es la Cero (0) porque no he empezado (hoy se empieza). Todavía no existe una dieta o sistema a seguir pero en el transcurso de este especial blog descubriremos cuales son las posibilidades para poder lograr la meta de bajar desde 111 kg hasta 80 kg. Es un camino de 30 kg, donde dejar de comer y alimentarse mediante malteadas esta a la orden del día.
Otra cosa es explicar el titulo: Mi guerra contra mis Man-Boobs. Algo que se caracteriza de mi gordura son mi super Man Boobs, tampoco son 34D pero son grandes entonces la principal guerra es contra ellos porque si ellos bajan el resto baja. Para los que el ingles los tiene medio perdidos, Man-Boobs es sinónimo de Pechos de Hombre o mas común: Tetas!!!. En estos momentos al escuchar esa palabra en mi cabeza, estoy a punto de ponerme en posición fetal y recordar mejores tiempos.
